Will this be confidential?
Yes. Substance use disorder treatment records are protected by 42 CFR Part 2, a federal rule that is significantly stricter than HIPAA alone. In general, we cannot confirm to anyone — including family, employers, or law enforcement — that you have contacted us or are in treatment, without your written consent. There are narrow exceptions, such as a medical emergency or a court order, and we will explain those to you plainly before you begin.
Do I need to detox first?
Possibly. Withdrawal from alcohol can be medically serious and sometimes requires supervised detoxification, which we do not provide onsite. During your assessment we will determine whether medical detox is needed first. If it is, we will help coordinate that care with an appropriate facility and hold your place for admission afterward.
How long is the program?
Length of stay is based on clinical need rather than a fixed schedule. We provide ASAM Level 3.1 and 3.5 residential care, and your treatment team will review your progress with you throughout and adjust the plan as your needs change.
Will my insurance cover it?
